RED Z/28 IN THE WILD!!!

Featured on Camaro5 HOMEPAGE

So on lunch today, In Oshawa, and like always, make a stop by my spot. And today, to my surprise, a RED Z/28!!! covered in salt, with Michigan Plates. Pictures Coming in the next few minutes!

Notice the lack of a bowtie in front!

rims were the z/28 rims, tires were Pirelli Sottozero tires.

Can anyone see what tires they have on it. I can't imagine the stock tires being any good at all in temps as cold as they have been. Would like to know what GM is putting on for "winter testing".

All four wheels...

...I would estimate the cost of an LS base Camaro.

I thought someone had quoted that they added about $8,000 to the cost of the car.

I wonder if they put "rotor locks" on those brakes. Those are as expensive as the wheels. LOL...somebody would jack them.

I dont know if this is crazy or not, but those brakes had better last forver, because imagine having to replace them periodically? i guess if you are running a race team, that would be do-able, but if not?
