Kooks Connection Pipes vs. Kooks Hi-Flow Cats Video Comparison
Thought I'd share a couple quick idle video's for anyone interested in the sound comparison. Mods that effect sound include..
Kooks 1 7/8" headers to (Kooks Hi-Flow Cats or Kooks 3" Off-road Connection pipes, Stock ZL1 cat back exhaust. Also note..car has Nickey Stage 2 Cam and Nickey CNC'd heads. Please excuse the dirty car. Used a friends shop & drive over pit to switch out down a gravel road. Took about 45 minutes to change out at most.. I prefer the Kooks Connection Pipes myself. Drivability is still great and not over bearing. Kooks Hi-Flo Cats Kooks 3" Connection Pipes Last edited by dlct3; 04-09-2014 at 08:07 PM. |

I'm new to posting videos.. Is there a way for the video to show up on this thread instead of just the link?
And not sure why I cant get my profil pic to show. the size is correct as well... any suggestions? Thanks for the compliments! |

The connection pipes sound much better by the way.....I originally had hi-flow cats with my pfadt headers, but now have just connecting pipes.....although I swapped in the first place just because they failed....prefer the sound now though!
