Rally stripe color suggestions on Summit White? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Long story on this.

I removed the stick spoiler in favor of the newer ZL1 spoiler.
When it was removed, there were paint scuffs under it.
Found the TSB and the dealer is fixing it by repainting the trunk.
Dealer stated that my stripes are not factory GM.
Since I purchased car there, they will replace them with factory stripes.
Dealer will install new hood and trunk stripes due to color match issue.

Issues/questions -

What color would you put on Summit White coupe? I was thinking the Hugger Orange...

Dealer offered to paint stripes on if I paid the difference. Think this is a no brainer for about $500 out if pocket? What color paint would you do if you could paint stripes on for this Summit White car?

Of course, I was thinking of changing the hood too prior to all if this. If I am getting new stripes painted ( the way I'm leaning on going) I want to have the new hood installed. Do these new Duramold hoods require hood pins or can the existing latch be sufficient?

Any and all help/advice is appreciated!

Honestly, you cant really go wrong, nearly every color will work with SW. If it were me though, a blue or a silver would be my choice.

Those black stripes look really good on your yellow Camaro.

Green stripes would look sick ! Your car will stand out and be the only one with them! Like a lime green, it would be killer! The only reason why I wouldn't get it painted OS because you might want to change the color or go in a different direction later! But let us Know what you choose!

Funny thing is, im planning on removing them. Either going stripeless or with something dark silver.

It's a white Camaro but has blue accents, like the gills and on the SS the hood scoop is blue. Plus the interior is blue.
