so i was driving today and my radio was off and i accelerated and heard a very weird hissing noise sounded like air being forced out of a tube mixed with some sort of liquid? and there was a slight rattle along with it it was coming from the passengers side, it only happens after 4k rpm not before that and it doesn't matter if its in M or D

u can slightly hear it in this video at 6 seconds

any ideas?

I have the same thing going on right now.I went to the dealership and they tried to blame it on the catch can. I had to order a new hose and I'm waiting to install it to show them that's not it

I guess nobody knows a solution yet. I have another appotiment for oct 1st my dealership is backed up but their good so hopeuflly
They can figure it out

I replaced the breather hose and drove with somebody in the car and they said they don't hear any abnormal noises. I told him it never made that noise before and he said there was nothing wrong. I don't believe them

Did you still hear the noise after replacing the hose? And yea they tried to blame it on my engine cover being loose originally it's annoying that nobody knows what this noise is

The noise is still there. At least it's not getting worse

Holy shit I heard that this morning! For a year now I've always thought it was change in my center console jangling in the bathroom decor cup that a i keep it in. I really hope it's not fudging my car up in any way! It's kinda like a grinding noise. No performance or under hood mods and it's always there when reving high from low speeds. Nice exhaust btw is that a 6 banger! Lol

You've had it that long? Now I'm scared I've had it for a long time and didn't notice it

I just hit the 5 figures on mileage last week. It's staring at that 10,000+ mileage is soooooo sad. I don't really know what's the problem. All these people talking nonsense and no answers!
