NEW TECH NOSTALGIA RAPID FIRE SEQUENTIAL TAILLIGHTS

Ok I need to know the latest on these awesome taillights. I really really want these BUT from everything I can find there were a lot of people having issues with these. Just wondering if they got everything worked out? I also noticed these are on back order too. Who all has these and what luck are you having with them. Thanks

Well, yesterday I ordered my set of Rapid Fire sequential tail lights. Got a discount through Ricks Camaro, a division of Ecklers. No word on when they'll be here. I will keep you all posted.

Hey guys didn't know these were the updated ones I guess that's a good thing. I am concerned with the sealant around the edge of the lens. In the pictures you can see where the sealant is and then you can see where there is gap in the seal. I'm thinking I should add my own sealant around there. What do you folks think?

i had the 6701B installed last week, this was supposed to be latest model, but mine had different ballest? gold in color, so the ones your showing may be newer ballast...as for the lens covers...if it were me, get some clear water proof caulk at Home D. or Lowlys..take your time...on the lens there is codes for "outside left" outside right" inside left" inside right" pay heed to that..have fun

Add it as that is what I did to mine, and I have the first generation w/o issues. You'll love them. Use clear silicone sealant.

Hey guys, so I got the tail lights installed no problems. Very easy install just take your time and you should not have any issues. I did buy some clear silicone and seal up around the lens before I did the install. I have not wired the show mode in yet, I think I want a switch of some kind not sure what yet. Any way I am very happy with them so far. Just in time for vacation drive to Florida.

These conform to the size and shape of OEM right? So tint films would work just the same?
