Talking HELLS3 2013 Camaro 2SS build thread! [COTW 3/30/15]

I always wanted to get around to starting my build thread, and I am finally going to start considering today marks one year of buying my Camaro! I started with a 2013 2SS black with silver stripes, and I will post pictures of what I have done so far

first thing I did was swap out the wheels from the stock 20s to HRE FF01s, amazing wheels I must say. Also changed the stripes to flat black for a while to give a "murdered" out look to the car, and added some Flowmaster Super 40s for an axle back exhaust.

next thing was giving her a little bit of a drop with the BMR 1.4 inch front and 1 inch rear, some great springs.

next thing was doing a little DIY ZL1 bumper and quad exhaust conversion. loved the way it came out, not bad for 4 hours of self labor!

Swapped out the BMR springs for some KW coilovers, lowered it about 2 inches all the way around, really great look IMO

bought some bigger tires for the rear, Pirelli P Zero 305/30/20 and some 275/35/20s for the front. Also bought some Kooks LT Headers from Maryland Speed and ceramic coated them black.

This past December was the big step. Put the car on a lift for about a week, and in between work and the holiday madness, ceramic coated and installed the headers and the Vortech V3-Si Supercharger I had bought last June, and installed it all. Also bought some FAST 65 lb/hr injectors. Car sounds super agressive and alive. Amazing amount of power. Also added a better picture of the ST trunk from seibon.

Here are some pictures of the Supercharger and everything installed, had to have some customization done by adding the strut tower brace and getting a better air filter in.

Decided it was time to do a little bit of interior work, so I installed a hurst short throw and bought a leather Sparco 345 steering wheel. Waiting on the Hub adapter from Proven Wicked currently so I can install it!

was debating for a while on a lip, decided to go with the Seibon SS style lip, and I gotta say I think it completes the look of the car.

while waiting on some more parts to come in, did some little touches around the car, debadged the camaro fender lettering, blacked out the light bezels, ceramic coated the brakes to match the supercharger, and finally got my custom HELLS3 plate in!

This is an awesome project, ever thought about blacking out the bowtie though? It seems like you have a lot of knowledge so you may be able to even tackle a DYI "flowtie" project
