Real Grill?
I was just wondering if the pre-production grill will be the real one. Look closely at the indentation for the Chevy badge. I SERIOUSLY hope this is not the real grill. It looks cheap, flimsy, and "plasticy" to me. The concepts was very fresh and modern. The pre-pro grill makes the face of the car look taller than it actually is.

i believe we've been over this numerous times...these are not the production grills regardless if they have a spot for a badge or not.

Throw me a beautiful blue, gold, or silver bow-tie right in the middle, production headlights, and I'm in heaven. They can change anything at anytime, but as of right now, this is the real grill. Just :notheadlights: .

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it has been stated with a fair amount of certainty that this will be the grill we'll see in production. It's always possible the concept's grill will be an option, or aftermarket.
I foresee a large selection of "concept" aftermarket parts. They'd be crazy not to, given the amazing response it's received over the past 2 years. |

But, camero told us (I'm pretty sure it was him) that the grill we see here is not going to be the production grill....or that the "production grill isn't finished yet"...something like that. I could be wrong, but I've been under the impression (w/out jumping to ANY conclusions) that this is NOT the production grill. |

Expect the real grill to be about halfway between these and the concept. We won't be too far off.

Although I agree and conform that we aren't seeing the production grille yet, I also want to point out to people that have expectations of the grill being concept, they need to keep in mind that a concept is a one-off version and the one on the streets has to be mass-produced easily and efficiently. Seriously we should all be grateful that as much has carried over so far from the concept as it has to begin with...we are more fortunate than most.

I suppose a Camaro badge there is out of the question. You don't see the Vette with the bowtie....I know I'm dreaming.

Billet grille for this guy here, although, the proto' and even the Concept's grilles look great. I'm more interested in the headlamps and taillamps!!!
