The dealer I bought my 2011 from called me saying they had new 2015's for $17,700 and they were in need of used 2011 & 2012 Camaros.
I don't know if both claim were a lie but I know the second one was.

Post up what you see because I'd be a buyer in that case. I've been waiting for a used SS but i'd take a base at that price.

I do see some 1ls models at ~20k. If you have topped off GM dough that's 17k. Pretty solid deal.

I bought my 2015 LS brand new in November for $17,000 plus tax. No joke. Every single person that has asked about my car thought I got a steal.

Here's my story. I was planning on trading in my 2011 Nissan Versa. Figured I'd get $4-5k for my car. This Chevy dealer in N. IL had this black 2015 Camaro LS listed on Ebay for $18344 "Buy it Now". I call them, it's in stock. I go there expecting to get the Camaro for $20,000 out the door, minus my $4,000 trade-in = $16,000 financed. Not too shabby for a brand new Camaro I thought. Then their initial offer was my Nissan and $14000. I couldn't sign fast enough. Basically $18500 taxes included, minus my $4500 trade in. The sticker was $22,000 invoice, and a $5000 GM rebate. $17,000!!
My mom's 1995 Monte Carlo Z34, with 225 HP was $24000 back then lol. Even my 1995 Z28 was in the low $20,000s. I got a steal and I love the car so far. |
