Welcome to the Dark Side of the wrench!

In this video build thread, I trade in my blaster for a wrench as I transform this everyday terran vehicle into a battle-ready Stormtrooper Imperial ground transport.

A short time ago, in a garage so, so near...

It is a period of turmoil in the galaxy. Death Star engineers felt their super weapon wasn't a true head-turner so a 2-meter wide exhaust port was installed to generate an aggressive exhaust tone that would strike fear on top of that already existing fear when you know your planet is about to blow up. Plus, it relieved some hella-backpressure.

Failing to realize there's no sound in space, this design flaw led to the battle station's demise. The Empire's economic reach and stocks plummeted and they were left scrambling to fulfill their fleet transport needs by scavenging and modifying vehicles from other, lesser-known planets with unfamiliar technology...

Like you, I find the lack of mods on this list disturbing so of course, there are many more performance and styling mods I plan on doing and I'll add them in as I get more ideas. If there's a mod you think would be a good fit I'd love to hear about it! Post your ideas below!

EPISODE I: THE EXHAUST STRIKES BACK!

In order to protect myself from Jedi mind tricks during my mission on Earth, I install a new sport cat-back exhaust system from Corsa Performance to not only improve engine performance but help form a barrier against the Force using a more aggressive exhaust tone which is rumored to dispel it.

There's a sound comparison between stock and the new system towards the end of the video!

EPISODE 2: THE RETURN OF THE QUARTER PANEL MOLDING

In order to get my Stormtrooper Camaro closer to passing Imperial ground transport code during my mission on Earth, I install new quarter panel moldings from Retro USA to give one of the Camaro's most signature features a more aggressive look!

It can get hot under the helmet so I install a cold air intake from Cold Air Inductions.
