Angry FML if it's not one thing it's another

Well the past couple days I've noticed my oil pressure at idle has dropped alot. The engine has 1,800 miles on it.
Normally it would sit around 1.8 bar (26.46psi) with Brad Penn 10w 40 oil. I've changed the oil 5 times and cut open all filters. The first had normal break-in material second had a tinny amount then the last 3 have been Completely clean.

Currently my oil pressure is sitting at 1.2 bar (17.64psi) when warm. My car on the original motor has never been below 1.6 bar.

Now every oil change I use a Delco oil filter. Except the current oil change I'm on right now.
Someone had placed the wrong filter in the Delco box so I used one of the shops (off the shelf) oil filters. The brand is "mighty". That shop I use to work at for 10 years and we always ran that filter with no problems but the cars are just normal daily drivers not performance.

I'm hoping it's something with the oil filter holding back pressure.
The engine doesn't over heat nor does it make any pecking or knocking sounds.

General rule is 10psi for every 1k rpm. Always being higher when cold.

My nearly stock LS3 sits at 22psi warm idle sometimes 19psi. If I do an Autocross event or hit the strip I've seen it idle at 17psi. I usually blip the throttle just a little and it will go back to 22psi and slowly fall to about 18psi. Not saying it's normal but I'm curious as well.

If I drive mine normal I'll see the 1.2bar oil pressure. Cold idle is 3.8-4bar

What is the oil pressure at say 1500rpm or cruising down the highway?

I recall years ago with the 4th gen stuff someone noticed they had different/lower oil pressure with a different brand filter.

Certainly easy to swap it.

If it isn't the filter, them checking the sensor and wiring is in order.

Not an uncommon issue in my 02 Z06 Corvette.
