Cleaning wax from plastic
I finally found a product that removes wax build up on the rear body fillers
on my '10 Camaro. I never could get the wax above the tail lamps off. i got a sample of this at a car show and it not only cleaned the fillers it made them look new. Great stuff. 303 Aerospace Protectant. First photo: Wax on filler then Second photo after cleaning with 303. It also makes weatherstripping and the sill plates like new.

That is supposed to be the best for Sun UV protection.
Have not seen it in a long while, was not sure if it was still out there. |

fantastic. I tried several cleaners to get rid of the wax build up around the tail lamps and this is the only thing that worked and made the black fillers look new. Even my scuffed sill plates look new again. It is available. Just Google it.

An eraser will do the same thing, just tape off any areas that you don't want the eraser to touch. Quick, easy, inexpensive.

303 Aerospace Protectant is a great product. I use it as a tire dressing. It adds a nice satin sheen and doesn't sling all over the paint.
When I had my convertible, I used it over the entire interior and plastic trim. It did a great job of UV protection and restored all the plastic and leather to its original color.

I use peanut butter. An old detailers trick. And, it tastes yummy too....
