Finally some pics of my new ZL1
Finally got around to taking a few pics today. Just put the new wheels on last night. I was surprised that they weighed basically the same as the stock 5 spokes I took off. Very happy with the new wheels, the chrome really works well with the IOM paint.
Other mods in the short time I have owned it are the painted engine cover, Rotofab CAI. Really enjoying this car! |

OMG...I gotta have those wheels.
I'm looking at getting mine chromed and those are gorgeous. Did it come that way or did you get them done? Sweet ride....

That looks good. I was noticing your wheels, and the angle of the spokes look like OEM. That is a good looking aftermarket set. I am not a chrome fan, but I must say that the pair goes together well. Its hard for chrome and non-basic colors to work sometimes, but it definitely works here.
I have been toying around with having the OEM 10 spoke wheels polished and clearcoated, but so far I haven't seen convincing examples (outside of the pace car and green show car). I hesitated to do it because of the expense and not being sure if it will produce a flawless look. I may look into doing this again. Good luck and welcome.
