Car went faster 1/4 mile with slower trap speed than previous?

So last time I went to the track it was 100 degrees and my car went 1.8 60ft 120mph at 11.5 consistently...i went yesterday to the track again and it was 80 degrees... my car went 1.7 60ft 117 mph at 11.3.. Why is it trapping slower speeds now but faster time? The only changes made to the car from the first time was went from drag radials to slicks, removed the front sway bar and put drag coilovers in the front...

Usually when you hook up you lose MPH but gain et. When you launch and are spinning, your tires are turning the mph, but you are not traveling in as fast as a forward motion as hooking up. Does that make any sense?
