I woke up in a ok mood considering its monday and i hate my job. I got dressed, packed my lunch and hopped in my car then proceeded to back down my driveway when i noticed an all to familiar clicking sound. Thinking and hoping a rock was wedged in the treads i got out of the car and shined my flashlight on the tire making the noise and...

If you luck was garbage that screw would have been in the sidewall. You are looking at a 10$ fix maybe instead of a new tire.

Actually you are way luckier than I was, last week the SUV got a nail up on the sidewall which is not safely repairable.
The puncture on your tire is well inboard on the tread area so should be simple to take car of with the plug/patch method; from the inside of the tire.

My rims and tires are covered under warranty. I have a plug kit but I'd rather make the dealership do it. It also gives me a reason to use one of the free oil changes they gave me

I bought the tire and wheel package when I bought my Camaro.

Well, the association decided we all needed new roofs. After I got a nail in my front left and it was repaired I started parking even farther away. I guess a city block wasn't far enough.
Then nail #2. Another covered repair.
Still parking far away nail #3.

The tech said, "We can't put three patches on one tire so it will have to be replaced."
I said, shouldn't they be replaced in pairs? He put on his goggles, grabbed a punch and a hammer and took out the right front.
I tossed him a Jackson.
