Thinking of switching back to stock rims.. yay or nay? (Pics)
Currently have these rims on. However now I feel there's too much going on with the wheels. Almost like there's too many spokes. They are the 6th gen zl1 replicas gloss black. I feel like the older stock rims look more beefy, the 5th gen gloss black rs package rims. What do you guys think? Or any other style rims you guys think would go better?
Currently: Or switch to these: |

I am personally a fan of polished aluminum or chrome, however, if black is the option, I prefer the simple five spoke design! That’s my humble opinion anyway, sweet ride!

I'll never get it- When your driving down the road all black wheels look the same.
Chrome wheels are the same, but the bling just looks so much better IMO. It's an age thing I'm sure.

I'm partial to chrome. I never did like the black rim fad.

I like the 5th gen ss, Z28 and ZL1 wheels. Black or chrome depends on the car, your car looks good with black. Did you use spacers to get you wheels flush with the fenders?

Gloss black wheels looks good on white. The wheels stick out from the body a little too much for my tastes, but they look good. The stock 5-spokes in gloss black would look good too, but I think they would look too plain especially with the hood you have on it.
Whatever wheels you go with, stay with the chrome lug nuts and maybe get the black centercaps with the silver bowties on them. |

I like your current setup. Since I'm new to this stuff, how do you get the wide tire stance. Can you use spacers to push them out? I like the look!

What spacers did you use, I'm looking for some reliable spacers.
