ATI damper?
Is it necessary to do an ATI damper to install a SC? What's the advantages to using it over the stock? Would you wait until you did the next modes and get over 600whp to do it?

It really depends on the blower. If using stock accessories, not needed. If you're going to use a blower on its own belt, it's absolutely necessary. I'd go with a larger crank pulley over a smaller blower pulley any day.

Some people choose to replace it because they have to pin the crank pulley and it makes sense while you're in there.

While not strictly necessary, some folks would argue that the stock balancer is not designed to handle the additional harmonics created by the addition of the blower. I have done both, but I prefer to run an aftermarket balancer with serious engine mods.
