What Do You Think?
I talked to my Chevy dealer today and expressed my concern about the stripes factory vs dealer installed. They said if you have a worry just go with factory. When I told them I was getting Rally Yellow and wanted Black Stripes they said the Cyber Gray will be dark and should look good if you're going for the Bumblebee look. I know my dealer very well and they would always be straight shooters with me. If they thought I wouldn't like it I think they would tell me to either get Black Stripes from the dealer or order another exterior color that goes with Factory White Or Cyber Gray Stripes. But, I'm still skeptical about the idea of Cyber Gray Stripes on Rally Yellow, what do you guys think? and if anyone already has photshopped pics of this combo please post. Although, my good friend Dragoneye, is going to do it for me as soon as he can, if they haven't already been done.

You need to get exactly what you want. Someone cant tell you what you will like but they can express an opinion. In my opinion black will look way better on yellow.

I would go with the BLACK, for I am going to order my Bumblee RS/SS with black.

I think Cyber Gray would look awesome with yellow. It won't be quite bumblebee, but it will look good, in my opinion.

Black is Black...Cyber Gray is Cyber Gray. Don't settle for a color. You will regret it.

I would go with black. Gray will always be gray regardless of how dark someone may think it will be.

I would wait to see how they look, first. I've decided I'm not making any final decisions on stripe colors until I can see them all on the Camaro.

Well, just so you know, the stripes on the orange convertible concept are GRAY, but they look very close to black.

Maybe TAG could tell you how different they are. He spent more time than most of us every will with the 'Vert concept and I'm sure he saw the Cyber Gray 'vette at Indy. |

I keep changing my mind so often that I've settled on this same thing. I just can't decide based on pictures anymore.

I am going to offer painted stripes on all of our cars, that way you can get the color you want and it looks a heck of a lot better.

Can I ask what you'd likely charge to do the painted rally stripes (hood & trunk)? And does that include doing clearcoat over the entire panels or just the newly painted stripe areas?
