125 CAMAROS and OPENING DAY PICS FROM BRICKYARD

As the 2010 Camaro once again serves as this year's Indianapolis 500 pace car, it was most appropriate that the opening ceremonies included a cruise for individually owned Camaros. Many Camaro5 members participated over the weekend in an opening ceremonies event, which included a two-lap parade lap on the Brickyard for the 125 Camaros in attendance! One lap was led by last year's Camaro pace car and the other lap with this year's Camaro pace car. The best part - the race teams were on hand to witness the parade laps. Attendees were also provided lunch and even got garage passes to visit the various race teams.
WOW, what an awesome day. 125 Camaros were part of the opening ceremonies.

There were 125 Camaros total, and 4 were from my dealer Dugan Chevrolet.
We got to do 2 laps around the track. It was mesmerizing.

Yeah, in the Great Lakes region threads there were posts about going to this.
I'm sure there were lots of Camaro5 people there, we just didn't have a good way of hooking up. Well, at least we were there. It was AWESOME!!!
