BBK Performance Parts Opens up to Camaro5 in the SE this time.

Hello SE Camaro5 family. I put together a little meet last Feb in Temecula, CA at BBK Performance Parts new facility. They opened up there doors for a tour, behind the scene's look at their R&D center, free dyno day and a nice discount on anything that we purchased from their distribution center Brother Performance Parts.

Unfortunately the weather here didn't cooperate all that well and we were hit with one of the years worst rain storms and managed to still get 30+ 5th Gens to make the meet.

Since we had such a great turnout, BBK is offering to play host again. Only this time, with a twist. Not only are they offering up their Temecula, California location, they're also opening up the DeLand, Florida shop too.

Here is the brief e-mail info I got from Tim G. at BBK/Brothers Performance Parts:

At Brothers Performance we have always believed that ALL car clubs play a major role in our community by giving enthusiasts with common interests the chance to meet with and talk with other enthusiasts who share the same interests and have a fun day out with the family enjoying the company of fellow car owners.
In that spirit Brothers Performance would like to extend an invitation to ALL Car Clubs (Ford-Dodge-Chevy-Chrysler-ALL) to visit our Temecula CA or DeLand Florida facility's for a “Saturday Show Up and Show Off / Dyno Club Day”.
I will be happy to discuss the event and co-ordinate the date and time on a given Saturday with free dyno runs for the first 8 to 10 cars from your club that pre register.(depending on time constraints)
Special discounts and sale items will be available to all members who show up that day on most items along with a free club packet which includes a free hat or T-shirt.
We also have local restaurants that for a small fee would be happy to cater the entire event for your club.
So if free dyno runs, discounted parts and a fun day out sound like your idea of a good time call us ASAP to make arrangements as our 2010 Saturday time slots are filling quickly.

Since I'm the outsider in this part of the Fourm, I've contacted GTAHAVIT to help cooridinate the date that works best for your group. If you have any questions please feel free to PM me and I'll get you the answer A.S.A.P.

I'll make the date(s) submission to BBK as soon as you guys/gals have a couple of dates in mind that you feel would give you the best turnout.

It will be open to the entire Camaro5 family, no matter what kind of car you currently drive. So, if you haven't made it out to any of the other meets/cruises, this one is set up just for you.

The dyno will be provided FREE for those that wish to use it. It is not mandatory.

The date is entirely up to those that will be able to attend. You guys/gals can submit for ANY DATE that works for you. This is your meet, BBK is just providing the place and dyno.

I wanted to start the thread now to gauge interest and find out what date(s) work best for you. So if you have a date in mind that works best for you, by all means throw it out there.

Where I'm not local, I didn't want to put my .02 cents in on the date. This is all about you guys/gals getting to experiance BBK's shop and enjoy a free dyno day with other Camaro5 members.
