I have installed the following: ARH 1-7/8" LT headers w/ cats, Magnaflow 2.5" competition cat-back exhaust, and a K&N Intake. Header installation took place today and i'm hoping to get it tuned by Wednesday. I have the Diablosport tuner and was wondering what the difference was in custom tuning with this device or by tuning the ECM itself... also I have been getting alot of backfiring, is there any temporary solution to this problem as far as adjusting a parameter or two with my handheld until I get the full custom tune?

so I hear you know a lot about the diablosport predator. I ordered one but I was gonna wait till I install my headers before I do any tune. Will the best tune that comes with the program help with my CAI and headers instal? or will i need a custom tune?

Ok unit arrived yesterday. Small booklet. Do I plug the computer cable into the unit,then into the computer. Then insert the disc to get the user manual. Because when I just install the disc a file opens and tells me to just plug the usb cable into the computer. Doesn't say anything else. Trust me I won't be a pain in the a** < just want to make sure I get off on the right foot here. 1st step for me is the manual
