The email we post here every few days to contact us for technical support and aid in choosing the correct system for your application is: Tech@EliteEngineeringUSA.com We cannot find any emails from you, so our apologies. Also, we have videos of most installations on our website as well as downloadable PDF's on each. With having over 100 different applications including printed instructions is not economical and most prefer videos to watch and re watch.
