Thanks for sharing the pix Hawaii_Subs Nice work. Still in awe here of how many different ways there are and companies to use to customize and make our cars individual. The 60's don't have anything on us.

I'm not usually a fan of the two tone look, but your ride looks incredible! The dragons and rally stripes really make it unique. Awesome paint job! :coolpics:

Thanks all!

I was really REALLY happy with the way it came out. And there is definitely not another one like it (in Hawaii anyway!)

Took some pics before I had the splitter repaired/painted.

I also installed blue LED interior lighting. One of my favorite mods to date.

Are your stripes vinyl or painted, and if painted, what color?
I am planning on getting stripes done in SIM in the future and was wondering if that is what you did. They look great!

Stripes are silver vinyl.

does anyone have the vented front fenders on an IBM?

Hydrographed parts

Had my bowties, fuse box cover, CAI intake and engine cover hydrographed in carbon fiber color matched to my car by EB Liquid Print. Quality workmanship! Turned out amazing!

I have painted SIM stripes. Also had my gills painted the same way.

Looks great tobalt. Never thought about doing the CAI top. First I have seen personally and it came out great.

Does anyone have their engine compartment clearcoated from the factory? There are a couple things that concerns me with dressing up the engine compartment and one of them is the dull IBM and not completely sprayed areas under the hood(shock towers, around the edges of the engine compartment etc) Have seen a couple Convertible SS' in other colors that came stock from factory clearcoated and nice and glossy just like the body.
The other thing is the black electrical tape used to bundle wires. Just looks hastily done and messy. At least in my car anyway.:iono:

My IBM RS has the clearcoated shock towers from the factory, yeah.
