You can download the instructions from ATI's website. They are generic.

I'd really like to know your actual gains...any idea? why do you need a new damper? Thought just the pulley needs changed? I have the Rotofab and did the F8 NPP pull...sounds great butt dyno says great,,,but I'd like to get a little more boost...any help appreciated!!

Stock balancer, AC and SC pulley are all one piece. ATI damper allows you to change the SC pulley without pulling the damper.

Installed both of these to my otherwise stock 2014 ZL1. The install
of the CAI, Inc cold air intake system was very easy and straight
forward. I installed the CAI first and drove it for a few weeks. I
was very impressed with the performance boost and overall improvement
in the sound of the supercharger.

Glad to hear that you are happy with your CAI!! We appreciate your business and support very much! Great write-up btw!

I've had trouble finding the m16-2.0 rod. Any suggestions or alternatives? Does 5/8 work?

My local Ace Hardware store sold it in 3 ft lengths. I just cut it down to about 10 inches.

Shrek 07-16-2014 08:35 PM

I will try that. Want to sell yours?

Blueclyde 07-16-2014 08:38 PM

No. I'm keeping it. Try a hardware store. You'll find it.

Fastenal has it if there is one near you.

How big is the bearing you used with the rod? I have everything ready but that.

jayno20 08-03-2014 02:28 PM

Did you remove the fan shroud to remove/install the pulleys?

Probably 2" OD. You could also use large washers or something similar. It doesn't need to be a bearing. I just happened to have one.
