Well it's nice to have the hook on the passenger side. That way in theory if you're being towed/pulled out, you can see around the tow truck towing you..

Did you ever get this installed with the AGP intercooler? I might be installing mine this weekend but I'm already concerned that the intercooler might be in the way.
