Brake options for my SS

I have a 2012 SS, that's now a ZL1. I recently put Z28 wheels and would like to go bigger on slotted rotors. It currently has the Brembo brakes with 28k mikes. I love to drive it, but I don't race or track it so I'm mainly going for cost effective look of bigger rotors. What are my options? can I go bigger rotors with the same Brembo calipers?

SO the cost effective look? SO you did a LSA conversion?; do a zl1 brake conversion...?

And go some ceramic pads for dust..? Appearance for being cost effective to change out ones braking system....NOT SO MUCH.

I guess where I was going is can I go larger rotor with the brembo calipers I currently have? If I can't I'll likely just do largest slotted rotor.

I don't believe you can use a larger rotor with the OEM caliper. You might want to consider a two piece rotor from stop tech or racing brake if you want to gain some thermal capacity and great looks.

big brakes and cost effective don't mix. ANY big brake kit is 3K+ per axle. If they were anywhere cheap, everyone would do it.

This may be an option if you want 6 piston front brakes

Agree though, nothing cheap for better brakes..

No you cannot run a larger rotor with a stock caliper.
