Dyno Results - TSP Camshaft , Intake and Full Exhaust System!

This is the graph of the 2010 car "jimmi-no" owns. The baseline is completely stock, and the blue graph is with the addition of the Texas Speed 231/236 camshaft package, Texas Speed 2010 Camaro SS air induction package, Texas Speed full exhaust system (off-road pipes), 160º thermostat, and Texas Speed mail-order tuning!

Nice gains, Jim! Enjoy the new power!!

Is that with the LT headers as well?

Lonnie@Texas-Speed 03-15-2010 05:33 PM

Yes, the Texas Speed complete system has LT's, the mid-section with X, and the axle-back! Here's a link for ya!

Okay I was trying to get an idea of how much power your cam made and it seems like it made around 40-50rwhp. Is that correct? LT headers with full exhaust setup and tune can make 40rwp and intake and tune can make around 15rwp. Looks sweeet!

Does this dyno automatically adjust for correction factors?

flyinglow57 03-15-2010 09:54 PM

that is nasty do you have a video of this? im lookin at the middle cam and this exact exhaust system.. awesome numbers and congrats.. i am very fond of tsp.

video

Sorry, tried to do video with I phone, looked like crap.
It sounds the same as Jason's@ Texas Speed but a little
nastier in person. Maybe it's the catless mids? I'll be honest,
I was a little skeptical because everyone has "there numbers"
but this was an honest "before and after", doesn't matter
what dyno, the difference is there in black and white.:D

navyblueSS 03-16-2010 12:05 AM

Nice numbers!!

THE EVIL TW1N 03-16-2010 02:05 AM

not bad numbers. Corrected to SAE its closer to 465 rwhp. still not too shaby.

Lonnie@Texas-Speed 03-16-2010 09:25 AM

Regardless of correction factor used, the before and after are the same....those gains are solid in my book!

Jon@Texas-Speed 03-16-2010 09:25 AM

Here's the vid. - www.precisionracecomponents.com/Jimexhaust.mov

Jason 98 TA 03-16-2010 11:17 AM

Notice the correction factor only corrected 1%...... As a result the numbers are VERY VERY close to actual numbers....

2010 SSRS 03-16-2010 11:20 AM
