With Adam's it contains silicone. You can polish with it but I recommend you use a 50/50 isopropyl alcohol/distilled water mix to get the polish off completely when done.
New paint I like Megs 105 and 205 and it's paint shop friendly. No silicone! Once it's cured the Adam's line is perfect

yep, made a thread for the adams guys to chime in on. they all said the same thing. Let it cure for at least a week before polishing and stay away from the wax.
