Will definitely lower it a bit. Thats just how the shop gave them to me. I was under the impression that over inflated makes tires last longer. Or maybe thats for fuel savings.

In my opinion, the ported heads. For the cam job the heads need to come off so you would save having to pay again in the future for the port work, and all the extra expenses from taking heads off.

the advise of checking fuel curve is not a bad one, since you have a dyno sheet without a fuel line.... Many if not ALL shops have nightmare stories so I always take that with a grain of salt.......

FYI to all... if you use SS springs on a 1LE the car barely drops is any at all.
Also 1LE's come about 1/2 inch lower than regular SS... makes sense why Eibach has .7 as the drop instead of 1inch...
