This has happened to my camaro and my dealership is taking care of it under warranty. Its because the back bumper is either misaligned or is too tight. In my case it's too tight. they will re-paint...

The delivery thing depends on a ton of different things. Your camaro could end up on a Bad Order railcar. It could end up at a huge yard center awaiting interchange. Once it gets to the railyard...
