If the dealer diagnosed that issue and what they did didn't fix it. Take it back to them.
Generally, misfires become more noticeable as you accelerate, i.e. if it's misfiring at idle, I would expect it to accelerate like crap. I would not go throwing coils at it, especially if you don't know which one might be bad. Plus, every time I have had a bad coil, I got a misfire code, not to say it can't happen, but never happened to me.
You can pull the coil plugs off one at a time while it is idling and see if it runs worse. If there is no change, that is your problem cylinder. Be sure to pull the coil plug not the plug wire going to the coil or you will get a shock. If you want to pull the plug wires while it is running, get some spark plug boot pliers.
