You're not thinking outside the box. Think about if you decided to up your budget to an SS model. What kind of lifestyle changes would you have to make? Quite a bit I imagine which is why you didn't choose the SS. If you had made the lifestyle sacrifices to get the SS because you wanted it, don't you think you DESERVE to get more for your sacrifice?
People think of money as if everybody deserves to get it. Uh no. Work = Time. Time = Money. Life = Time. Therefore Money = Life. You literally spend your life to get money. If you work hard, you deserve the money and therefore you deserve what you can get with it.
