People think of money as if everybody deserves to get it. Uh no. Work = Time. Time = Money. Life = Time. Therefore Money = Life. You literally spend your life to get money. If you work hard, you deserve the money and therefore you deserve what you can get with it.

Did I say that? I said a Communist thinks that regardless of what you do, you deserve the same as everyone else. I notice that the people objecting to the reality of my conversation are all LT/SS buyers.
Do you think you deserve to get a Ferrari Enzo by paying $15,000? Come on - lead that logic to the natural conclusion.

They are made in the same plant, by the same people. And on top of that the car ranges from $22,000-$37,000 roughly. This is not some big jump, slightly over $15,000. Many of the 1lt,2lt/RS probably could have afforded an SS but decided not to for other reasons. |

Well I still say both SS models should have had the 4 pack gauges as standard equipment and not the 2LT cars.

I can afford the SS, didn't want it. If I could pickup a Ferrari Enzo for $15k, you bet your ass I deserve it. So I'm lesser of a person because I didn't get the SS, so I shouldn't have my RS resemble the SS/RS? Even though the wife and I make more then enough to have bought the SS?
What lifestyle changes would I have had to make to drive the SS over the LT? I traded in a truck that got worse gas mileage then the SS, had more room, and more utility. It also cost about the same as the SS. So, exactly what would I have to change? The wife's (no longer hers) Mini Cooper S is as much an SS. Yet our lifestyle didn't change. It got great gas mileage and the insurance on it was cheaper then her brand new Malibu. Oh wait, since the 'boo is only a $28k car, we have lifestyle changes to make, correct? Get real. Camaros have always been this way. You want yours fancier then mine, fine, make it fancy. Do the work, earn the difference, don't expect it. |

WOW....I mean really....
shouldn't you be more concerned that the SS models look a lot like your SS/RS? I think there are a lot more similarities between the SS and SS/RS than and LT/RS (no slot, lower fender difference, etc) Do you also only wear clothes with big designer labels so everyone knows you paid more for them? |

I can tell a V6 Mustang from a V8 Mustang at a glance, but I often get mistaken between the Camaros unless I see the mail slot.

I love my v-6 and worked extremely hard and waited a long time for it to become reality. I know the difference, and you think I should not have the options to have my car look like I want it to look because I chose to not spend the extra jack on the engine. Maybe you should have baught a DODGE or a FORD.....oh thats right the mustang LX and the GT look IDENTICAL.... dude you are a moron

You are joking right. Kinda sounds like you think you are better than the people that bought the 6. There may have been many reasons why they bought the 6 other than money. MPH, insurance for a couple. Personally I wish my SS had no badging or mail slot. There is a guy here with LS wheels on his SS looks good. Can you spell COPO? |

Your last sentence is a contradiction. You say "if you want to make it fancy, do the work" - which is what I'm saying; then you contradict it with "don't expect it". Well heck - I'm paying more because I expect it to be fancy!
