I know it wasn't me. I sold a 68 back in 81 with a rebuilt M-22 in the trunk and it had a 12 bolt posi-traction rear end on it for $1400.

My brother bought a 1969 RS with the 350 and houndstooth for $650 back in 78. He sold it to another brother who had someone steal the front end off it. I passed on a 68 SS 396/325 for $1500 around 83 or 84 because of the rust.


Oh yeah, I gave away, yes I gave away a Holley carb to my next door neighbor who kept bugging me for it. He was about 14. It came off a 70 Z/28. I was 18 and paid to have it rebuilt and it just kept flooding out on me. I bought a new Holley. I think it was around $80 dollars.
