I took a priced Z28 SS from 2002, valued around 26500ish. 22700 MSRP for the Z28 and a 3600ish SS package (courtesy of Automotive.com
) and I added 3% inflation per year(which is well over what the inflation rates have been) until 2009 - something which GM has been good at negating anyways - and the Car came to about 32,000 dollars.
Remember this car was 325 hp back then. In 2009 I can see 400hp a natural progression in power, at least. So I don't know why anybody keeps insisting on $40,000+ Camaro SS?!? I guess it just bugs me. Aw well, I posted and I'm finished arguing this point, it drives me up a wall
