If THAT's what they're counting on - a super low volume $50k vehicle - to keep SS vs GT in Camaro's favor, then they're very poor planners. I couldn't care less that GT500 is faster than SS; that's not the comparison for my shopping. It's SS vs GT or Z/28 vs. GT500.

Aren't Brembos already available on GT w/track pack?
I bet that new 5.0L DI v8 gets better than 23 highway. If not, that's stupid on Ford's part. They put a 6 spd in it; why not put a big overdrive in 6th?
