Not saying the man screwed up. Heck when I took my Drivers ED in Oklahoma I swerved to miss a dog and after I got back into my lane my football coached yelled at me and since I haven't swerved to miss anything. But what I'm getting at is he is 17 totaled a car which will probably raise his insurce which his parents are probably paying for (don't know guessing). Do you think it is right or far for him to ask them to pay more? Besides would you personally give a 17 year old an SS little lone a 20 year old. Also I'm not trying to say because I'm 20 I'm a better driver because I know I still have a lot to learn out on the road (just incase you are getting that idea).
