Those are kind of general numbers but from what I recall after looking over some dyno graphs of centris with that setup that I described, I'm pretty sure those numbers are attainable.
In that case you can have the linear hp curve that just keeps rising and also a big number tq output from relatively low rpms. Still, I know it's not like the Maggie or K/B that shows a fat, straight-line tq curve from 2000 rpms onward.

Here is some info from someone who has had a few F/I
Centris are great for linear acceleration and provides time to hook up. This is important for Drag Racing;
Positive Displacement provide lots of low end TQ which is awesome while in a role in low RPM and for daily drive. If you're not drag racing go with P/D
The third F/I is TT ( and I mean Twin Turbo and not single), because it give you best of both worlds.
