That's a proprietary product so you would have to be working for P.C. to know exactly what it is but I doubt it has anything to do with ethanol.
I also don't know for certain but I suspect the Sunoco 94 is the same as PC 94.
There are only a few refineries in Canada but some gasoline does come into the country via imports of finished products. Many independents get their gas from PC.
PC, Chevron, Shell and others try to differentiate their gas with the different additives. Basic unleaded gasoline with the same octane is pretty much all the same until the additives go in.
