I've run at the track he's speakin of, Thunder Valley. I've seen cars lose up to a second off their normal time. So, while 14.7 looks horrible when you've seen Z's at other locations running mid 13's - high 12's, you have to consider the track, DA, driver, etc. You hit a competitive time at that track, you've got some skills.
