Me too, sorry. I agree with everything quoted, though. Nothing says that more hp
means higher price. GM can price the Vette within hundreds year to year and up the horsepower...Plus, take a peek at the LS3...430 hp, vs the LS1's 350hp. And they still cost the same. +/- $7,000. Especially if this is a new generation of small-block? They'll be putting this technology into multiple vehicles like the Gen IV's are being used now. That will displace the price. More HP = advancement, and evolution. Not New and expensive.
nope. There will not be a $40,000 V8 Camaro unless it's a limited production, special edition vehicle, like the GT500. It makes no good "buisness sense". Ford can price things stupid, because it has no real competitors in that segment. And the Mustang has always had less hp then the Camaro (as far as I could tell).
