No doubt there will be other 6.0L's, I agree. But the LS2 version IS dead; the LS3 replaced it. The L76(which is a 6.0L) is still kicking, and I'm 100% sure there will be a 6.0L Gen V engine, too. It's still a "small-block" engine lineup, so they can't go
too big.
