I've got to say that I'm sorry to hear this. At the same time, it is normal for any company that produces complex parts to try to resolve the complaint by replacing the part that has received complaints. Wanting GM to invest a new Corvette in a consumer with a transmission problem would be a waste of resources if every person expected this for every complaint. It is a shame that one car ruined your perspective of a company that makes hundreds of thousands of cars per year, most of which get near-perfect scores in prescreens and build reviews.
