I know this is off topic, thanks for the reply, I did not know that. OH tags expire on the birthday, in PA, I think it is the last day of the month you are born in. I may be off base on the PA law, its been ten years, I never actually had to register my car. It was in my dads name for insurance reasons. I like how Ohio does it, that way I only have to remember one time and pay once to register both my vehicles.
