Alrite I just talked to my mother on the phone and she informed me that the plates were just bought and registered and the plate expires in June of 2011 not 10.

Sick ride man, those stripes look UN-REAL. Really love the set up. You don't owe anybody on here an explanation of the fact that the car is yours, or how you got it. Point is, you drive a Camaro, and welcome to the club! Don't let it get to you, and don't play their little game. Be careful out there, and be careful where you park that thing. Haters are gonna hate, as I'm sure you have already concurred, and when people see you getting out of that car it is going to ignite some feverish jealousy. Be respectful and stay safe.

The only advice I can offer for future reference is that some details are better left out, just say you got a Camaro, and leave the haters out from the get go.

So I'm a hater because I genuinely care about people?
I think "hater" is a convenient road block to avoid relevant information you'd rather not hear. Just sayin.

Never said the car wasn't his or that it wasn't cool. I love Camaros. I guess I'm just ignorant to think anyone would appreciate my words of caution. ehh.

Are you referring to me? I was not at the least referring to you when I said hater. I understand that you only stated caution and compliments. And thanks good advice always appreciated

Just cause it's a V8 really doesn't matter, a little freaking Prius going 50mph into someone could kill them. Rather he got a V6 or V8 Camaro makes no damn difference cause of some hp numbers, any car is dangerous for a young kid just starting to drive.

Although that is pretty extreme haha, you best respect that car!

Rogey89 and many other younger drivers using the word and it's just kind of a cop out in my opinion, avoiding productive discussion. However I do agree that if someone tells a young person, your age is the reason you can't have something that expensive or nice, is an ass. I know its an unpopular opinion with the younger crowd, I just believe there are safer more reasonable vehicles for "new" drivers such as a smaller engine beemer, Volvo or Mercedes . . . .an SUV maybe. That's just my opinion though. I love your new car bro! I really do hope you have it a long long time with no issues.

OH and yeah man LOVE those freakin WICKED stripes! GO GO!
