I agree with Matt. Off the shelf stuff is tried and true. If you're 100% positive that your builder is cutting edge, it may be ok for him to go a little extreme. How else would we learn what makes more/less power. Just know that you'll be the guinea pig for that particular grind. If you're just wanting some more power with good driveablity, i'd go with something that's tried and true.
