The Eagle Eyes headlights are not compltely plug and play. For the halos to work, they need to be spliced to your parking lights (the package has four quick splice connectors):
+ Red wire to purple OEM wire on driver side, and Brown/white wire on passenger side.
- Black ground wire to black OEM wires on both sides.
The headlights come with halogen bulbs inside, so you have two options when it comes to main light bulb:
1) keep it as is with halogen bulb and it will look like this:

2) install hid kit, which would require you to cut a hole through the back of the housing, which is made of rubber, to get the HID wires through. I recommend you look at this thread for more info:
