These are highly trained professional testing the SS Manual/Automatic and the RS Manual/Automatic all on a closed course in fully STOCK Camaros.
The V6 RS Manual managed a best time of 14.4 @ 98.0 mph and 0-60 in 5.9
MT also tested the Cobalt SS: 0-60 in just 5.5 seconds and the quarter in 13.9 at 102.5 mph. That's a half second and near 5 mph lead in the 1/4 mile and a near half second lead in the 0-60 contest.
I can keep going and show more facts to backup the Cobalt SS's straightline(and cornering AND braking) advantages if you want...
