I dont know how Savini is at fault with the missing cap issue or wrong lug nuts....when the wheels left here they had all the caps on them and we dont supply lugs nuts it is the responsibility of the retail shop to supply them. Your wheels got shipped back to us also for vibration...when we checked the wheels and tires they were out of balance by about 2 ounces..we never took the tires off the wheels, BFX Auto picked them up the way they came to us and i believe had them rebalanced.

I will speak specifically about the issues I had. In MY OPINION your vendors should ensure that things are correct, especially when buying high end product.
I do not expect the same service on a KIA that I do when I get a BMW serviced, AGREE?
So are you the KIA or the BMW?
Mr Tu,
If you read through these threads you will find a common theme that blame is being placed on the customer, vendor, and/or shops that do our work.
These wheels just can't be that fragile.
If as you stated earlier that the paint and powder coat are not really durable it makes no sense to sell something that you know you will have problems with, or is it just me.
I personally think powder coating is very durable, the frame of my truck is powder coated, NO PROBLEMS, maybe it's the prep, don't know just asking.
Please look at from our/customers side. You order some high end wheels only to have a problem, you are not face to face since it was an interent transaction and all you have is phone calls and e-mails and basically trust.
Once something has been decided then the rules change after the wheels were returned, It was like Emma's wheels were being held hostage for ransom, do you kinda see that. So what were her choices eith pay the extra or lose the whole amount of hewr wheels.
