So I'm going to need something with a 5K tow rating.. the '01 Exploder's is 4940 by manufacturer. And that is the OMGTRUCKGONNASPLODE tow rating..

A 5,000 tow rating would be enough for the Camaro on a dolly (no bike included). Don't forget that the trailer or dolly has weight. However, if you're using a dolly then the safety issue may be mitigated, since it's more the dolly's job to keep the load under control (unlike towing on a trailer where it's more the tow vehicle's job).
If you were willing to violate the law, which you shouldn't be and I wouldn't recommend, you might try a dolly that carries the bike too.
It would be advisable to do some upgrades to the Exploder to help prevent explosion. If safety is adequately addressed by having the dolly bear the entire weight of the car and part of the bike's weight, then the upgrades are merely for the Exploder's longevity. The most important one would be a large transmission cooler.
Still it would probably be an unsafe rig. What you really need is a modern full-size pickup. A 2500 series can carry the bke in its bed and tow the Camaro on a full trailer, or maybe trailer both. A 1500 could carry the bike and dolly the car, easily use the bike-car dolly above, or possibly trailer both (for the newest 1500 models).
