Talk to your dealer. Or search this site. This is still pre-production ordering time (or right at the end of it), they do not publish such detailed info till the car is in full swing and rolling off the line. Can you imagine letting American know they can order a Camaro...and then tell them: "Due to recieving 50,000 orders, you won't get yours till March of 2010."

I apologize in advance for my "curt-ness".
When people stop demanding more details like spoiled little babies...I'll stop reminding them of when we were told all the information. I'll stop reminding them of how extraordinary it is to be included this earliy in the game. I'll stop reminding them about how things can change unexpectedly. I'll stop reminding them of the risks of PRE-ordering a vehicle, and why it's never publicized.
In short, there is nothing they are including on the car right now that your dealer cannot tell you how much it costs, and click that 'submit' button for you. If someone's dedicated enough to this car to order so early, then I'm sure they're dedicated enough to take a drive down to their local dealer. I do agree that GM did not contact us all personally with a price breakdown for every nut and bolt, though. How rude of them.
